AMENDMENT issued 29-July-2026: The subject solicitation was amended to extend the solicitation due date. Quotations are due on or before 2:00 PM, Hawaii Standard Time (HST), 31 July 2026. Please ensure your quotes specify the additional option CLINs 1001 and 1002, the technical specifications are listed in the Salient Characteristics for Option CLINS MDG Pallet Rack Units attachment.

AMENDMENT issued 23-July-2026: The subject solicitation was amended to add two CLIN items. CLIN 1001 and 1002 were added as option CLINs in the RFQ COMBO document attached. AMENDMENT issued 8-July-2026: to post the vendors questions and answers document and a minor quantity adjustment in the CLIN structure. Please review the attached file: Attach - 3 Questions and Answers document for all clarifications regarding this solicitation as well as the RFQ COMBO Pallet Racking System Solicitation document in section 7. Itemized Pricing Table.

This announcement constitutes a Request for Quote. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. This solicitation will be for the supply and installation of a heavy duty, industrial grade pallet racking system to store 1800 sq-ft of equipment at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. See attachments for more detail. 

This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside using full and open competition. The NAICS code is 332999 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. All quotes and questions must be sent to 1st Lt Kasarah Hernandez at kasarah.hernandez.2@us.af.mil and A1C Angel Liu at angel.liu@us.af.mil on or before 2:00 PM, Hawaii Standard Time (HST), 29 July 2026. 

Delivery Information:  Delivery is to be made FOB: Destination. The pallet racking systems shall be delivered and installed by the contractor at the following address: 75 H ST BLDG 1200 HICKAM AFB, HI 96853-0001 United States.
