29 July 2025: This solicitation is being reopened to add additional specificity to section 5 of the  PWS and Attachment 1 of the PWS (Performance Requirements Summary).  The response date has been extended to 1200 PM CDT, 18 August 2025 and a new POC is identified in the addendum to 52.212-1 and also in this notice.

Please be advised that this solicitation is being reopened due to a change in the Period of Performance (POP). Kindly review the attached updated Combined Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS).

You are requested to resubmit or submit your quote on or before the due date.
