    THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation.

    The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Parking Spaces for the staff at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Houston, Texas. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Please review the attachment). The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract year shall consist of a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years or renewal.  

    Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about March 10, 2025, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's Sam website.  The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.

    Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market research questionnaire survey is Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 1:00 pm CST. All responses to the Market Research Questionnaire may be submitted via email to llwheeler@bop.gov. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the market research questionnaire will be accepted.

    Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
