The contractor shall perform passenger transportation services through providing drivers and vehicles (mainly high level Sedans and Vans) to support the transportation needs of the U.S. Tri-Mission in Vienna. The Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity type contract will be for one base year and three option years, if exercised by the Government. Transportation needs can range from 1 passenger (needing 1 vehicle) for 1 ride up to 100 vehicles/drivers at the same time (in case of a large visit) for up to 3 weeks. Contractor should have at least 5 permanently hired drivers and at least 6 directly registered vehicles. Contractor shall be able to provide minimum 15 employee names (drivers and dispatcher) for security clearance and also be able to arrange for as many vehicles and drivers as needed for large visits. Drivers shall be regularly trained in safe driving practices, shall show good manners and have to be dressed properly (Suit and tie). Vehicles have to be clean and in good condition. If more than 10 vehicles/drivers are used at the same time, company shall provide a dedicated dispatcher during requested hours
