THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement is only seeking responses to determine capable and interested vendors. The 11 CABS Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to rent:

15 15-Passenger Vans

2 Box Trucks (Capable of transporting a large amount of luggage.)

Period of Performance: 25 days starting as early as 08 July 2025.

Place of Performance: Near Saipan International Airport

4P9H+V8R, I Fadang, Saipan 96950, Northern Mariana Islands

If unable to fulfill entire requirement, partial responses are encouraged. Responses including largely similar but alternate vehicles are also encouraged.

The designated NAICS Code is 532111 - Passenger Car Rental, with a size standard of $47 M. 

Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact.  Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.  It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.  Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
