PASSIVE RFID HEALTHCARE ASSET VISIBILITY SOLUTION

To maintain logistical readiness, the Naval Expeditionary Medicine Warfighter Development Center (NEMWDC) at Camp Pendleton must transition from manual and barcode-based inventory processes to an automated RFID environment. To do so, NEMWDC requires a comprehensive, turnkey RFID tracking solution and asset management system. This system is critical for automating inventory controls, providing real-time data synchronization via API, and establishing local scanning capability for physical assets. While the physical hardware is commercially common, the software integration layer is highly proprietary. The AssetWorx! 3 User Enterprise Base Application and AssetWorx! API Dashboard are developed exclusively by ID Integration. Furthermore, the FX9600 Fixed RFID Readers (Line 13) require pre-set ID Integration proprietary configuration files to translate the raw radio frequency waves into structured database entries. NEMWDC therefore requires the AssetWorx! 3 User Enterprise Base Application (including API Dashboard and Mobile Handheld Unit Licenses) and BarTender Enterprise Application License, supporting hardware and consumables, as well as technical services for site survey, installation, and training.
