    SOURCES SOUGHT The United States Army Health Contracting Activity (USACHA) Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East (MRCO-E) is issuing these sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement. The requirement is for Moncrief Army Health Clinic, located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and includes the following: An Immunohematology analyzer, a Microbiology analyzer, and a HgB A1C analyzer inclusive of reagents, consumables calibrations/control material, off site primary operator training and maintenance/support on a cost per reportable test basis (CPT). This requirement is inclusive of the supplies (reagents and consumables), operator training and technical support for their sustained operation and maintenance. Specific details and Salient Characteristics will be provided at time of solicitation. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH. THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The required ordering period: October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2030, with includes the base and four (4) option years. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325413 “In Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing” with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. The Product and Service Code is 6550, “in Vitro Diagnostic Substances, Reagents, Test Kits and Sets”. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price.
