PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS)

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located in Gallup NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Patient Transport/Treatment Stretchers, OB/GYN Examination Stretchers and Preventative Maintenance/Service Support Plans. The period of performance will be 60 days from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 – Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00060 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by June 24, 2026. Evaluation factors may include price and technical capability to meet the government need. Quotes will be due on or by July 6, 2026. The acquisition is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
