PAVING AND PARKING LOT RESTRIPING, NORTH HARTLAND LAKE AND QUECHEE GORGE VISITOR CENTER, NORTH HARTLAND AND QUECHEE, VT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Paving and Parking Lot Restriping, North Hartland Lake and Quechee Gorge Visitor Center, North Hartland and Quechee, VT.

QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.  SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following work:

1. Removal of existing walkway and preparation and installation of a new walkway at North Hartland Lake Recreation Area bathroom.
2. Removal of asphalt around seven (7) existing manhole covers, and asphalt installation, around manhole covers by the North Hartland Lake Ranger Station.
3. Full depth patching of potholes at the Quechee Gorge Visitor Center (QGVC).
4. Restriping of parking lines, crosswalk, directional arrows, and handicap parking spaces of the parking lot at the QGVC.
5. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

This is not a request for quotes at this time.  The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about October 14, 2025.  Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.  The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). 

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
