    Procedure used to solicit and award contract: This notice is in support of a contemplated Small Business Set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP).

    Description:

    This project is a competitive Small Business Set-aside Request for Proposal to replace existing asphalt in various locations by asphalt pulverizing and repaving one (1) road for 1.3 miles for the base contract. Additionally, there are five (5) options that consist of pulverizing and repaving at fire stations on three (3) ranger districts within the Los Padres National Forest.

    The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications.

    Place of contract performance:  Mt Pinos Ranger District, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties

    Magnitude: Between $2M to $5M
