    The purpose of this amendment is to:

    1. Provide notice that Questions & Answers are forthcoming in a subsequent amendment;

    2. The proposal submission deadline is extended to 12:00 PM PST on May 13, 2025.

    The purpose of this amendment is to provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (see attached);

    The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for building repairs as described in attached draft scope documents. The project is located at USDA, ARS, Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, OR 97810. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.  In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

    SITE VISIT: 1:00 PM Pacific Time on Thursday April 10, 2025. See Section L.6 for RSVP instructions and additional info.
