This Request for Quote is for the procurement of an PEPRO 8x8 Communications Shelter Manufacture, Delivery, Installation, and Removal for Rogue River-Siskiyou NF, USDA Forest Service. This is a firm- fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. The NAICS code for this request is 334220. New Equipment Only. No partial quotes will be considered. 

FOB Destination – The vendor shall be capable of procuring, delivering, and installing the equipment listed in the Bill of Materials (BOM) within 24 months of contract award. See Attachment 1, BOM for item and delivery location details.
