NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Bemidji Area intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract on a sole source basis to Canopie, Inc., for the Red Lake Service Unit in Red Lake, MN. The anticipated period of performance will be for a base plus 3 option years.

The sole source action will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) - only one source reasonably available. Canopie, Inc. is the only vendor to offer all of the elements that the Red Lake Service Unit requires for a maternal mental health platform that is specifically designed for underserved and rural populations, focusing on a scalable, evidence-based interventions and real time care escalation.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621330 – Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians).
