The Contractor shall recognize and take all precautions against the documented dangers of pesticide application. The Contractor shall perform the work in a manner effective for controlling pests, causes no contamination to other parts of the property and environs. The Contractor shall not endanger any of the property occupants or workers; and shall leave the areas safe for re?occupancy.
