This announcement is not intended to guarantee procure of the services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or response for this announcement and will not reimburse any vendors for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.
All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to rodgers.l.cox@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than September 17, 2025 by 1500 ET. Questions received after that date and time will not be considered.
Proposals are due no later than September 26, 2025 by 1500 ET. Any proposal received after 1500 ET on September 26, 2025 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award.
A site visit is scheduled for September 16, 2025 at 0900 MST. Refer to Section L.6 of the SIR for site visit instructions. All participants must submit interest in writing to Rodgers L. Cox Jr. at rodgers.l.cox@faa.gov no later than September 9, 2025 at 1500 ET for participation approval.
To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the SIR.
