iPerformX, LLC (Cage Code: 8BHF8), 140 Newport Center Dr, STE 120, Newport Beach, CA 92660 has been awarded a $2,545,400.00 firm-fixed-price single award contract for the acquisition of Pilot Training Transformation (PTT) Device Support Services (DSS) III. The purpose of this requirement is to maintain and support PTT’s device solutions based on state-of-the-art commercial simulation environments, hardware solutions for the cockpit simulation environment, and ancillary software elements. The Contractor will support 142 ITDs and up to 30 Instructor Operating Stations (IOS) at the following locations: Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Randolph, TX; Columbus Air Force Base (AFB), MS; Laughlin AFB, TX; Vance AFB, OK, Sheppard AFB, TX; and Fort Novosel, AL. This award is in result of a competitive total small business set-aside and was solicitated on https://SAM.gov. A total of five (5) proposals were received and a best value subjective trade off source selection was conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency/338th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio- Randolph, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA300225P0012).

Amendment 1

The purpose of this amendment is to amend the combined synopsis/solicitation to add CLIN 0019 Cybersecurity Specialist is to Section 5 – Contract Line Items.

The purpose of this requirement is to maintain and support PTT’s device solutions based on state-of-the-art commercial simulation environments, hardware solutions for the cockpit simulation environment, and ancillary software elements.

The Contractor shall provide all services and equipment necessary to install, maintain, and support new and existing PTT devices. Devices currently fit into the following classifications: common Immersive Training Device (cITD), enhanced Immersive Training Devices (eITD), and Helicopter Immersive Training Device (HITD). Any new classifications will need to be defined and evaluated prior to inclusion in this scope. The Contractor shall support 142 ITDs and up to 30 Instructor Operating Stations (IOS) at the following locations: Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Randolph, TX; Columbus Air Force Base (AFB), MS; Laughlin AFB, TX; Vance AFB, OK, Sheppard AFB, TX; and Fort Novosel, AL. The Contractor shall maintain a common software interface to integrate current and future PTT software and hardware components as required by program goals, hardware solutions for the cockpit simulation environment, and on-premises network and data architecture hardware and support, as appropriate for deployed training systems.
