Background: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG) intends to soon post a solicitation on behalf of Product Manager Soldier Maneuver Sensors (PdM SMS) to develop the next generation of the PBC which will be a single ruggedized unit with modular adaptors to charge a variety of batteries to include but not limited to the BB-2525 (Conformal Wearable Battery/CWB), BB-2590, AN/PRC-148/163 radio batteries, and Small Tactical Universal Batteries (STUB) in tactical environments. Tactical environments include severe weather conditions such as rain, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.

Pre-solicitation Notice: The following information is being provided to allow potential Offerors to begin reviewing documents prior to the solicitation release. All information provided is for informational purposes and subject to further changes.

• Tentative Request for Proposal (RFP) release: June FY25
• Tentative Award Date: End of 4th quarter FY25
• Up to two Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) (10 USC 4022(a)) will be awarded with the potential for a Follow-On Production OTA

• FFP CLIN structure
