Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a modification under an existing Delivery Order N0001925F0222 under sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N6833522G0010 to Teledyne Controls, LLC., 501 Continental Blvd, El Segundo, California 90245 to procure a Cybersecurity System Assurance Report for the Portable Maintenance Access Terminal (PMAT) XS for the E-6B aircraft. This report will compile data including but not limited to: Security Assessment Plans and Reports, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scan results, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) results, and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) scan results.
This intended procurement will be processed pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. §3204(a)(1), whereby the supplies and services required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received within thirty (30) days after the publication date of this synopsis.
