The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to enter a Firm Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), under the General Administration Service’s (GSA) authority of the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program to Projility, Inc., 2 Wisconsin Circle, STE 700 Chevy Chase, MD 20815-7007, Schedule GS-35F-0666S. This acquisition is for a 6-week, virtual, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Training for the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command’s Technical Center at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama. This acquisition utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541519.

This notice of intent to award a sole source action is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
