POSTAGE METER LEASE AND STAMPS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-26-Q-9000 as an RFQ. 

2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is full and open. 

3) CLIN 0001 - Postage Meter Lease (12 months)

    CLIN 0002 - Postage Reserves ( Do not quote. Requiring Activity will determine the amount of postage necessary to fulfill the 12 month period)

4)  A detailed description of the requirement can be located in the attached Purchase Description. 

5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information. Please read the PWS and accompanying attachment, titled, Evaluation of Commercial Items, carefully.

8) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government. 

9) Quotes are due at 4 PM. local (Eastern) time on 03 April 2026. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.
