This notice is to advise you that NASA’s procurement activities remain ongoing as the agency works to align acquisition timelines with national space policy and broader operational objectives. You should anticipate that additional clarity regarding procurement milestones will be provided in the coming weeks. The agency understands your interest in timely updates and remains committed to ensuring its procurement activities effectively support national priorities.

This is modification no. 4 to the special notice entitled “80JSC025_CLDC_INDUSTRY_DAY” which was posted on April 21, 2025. You are notified that the following change is made: 

1. NASA is providing answers to industry’s feedback/questions previously requested in May 2025 for the "CLDC Industry Update May 2025" Charts and per input provided in the CLDC Sources Sought notice. The following file is attached:

This is modification no. 3 to the special notice entitled “80JSC025_CLDC_INDUSTRY_DAY” which was posted on April 21, 2025. You are notified that the following change is made:  

The Industry Day and One-on-One meetings scheduled for May 5-7, 2025, are postponed. All event registration requests and scheduled One-on-One meetings are now canceled.  

• The previously attached document “CLDC Industry Day May 2025 Charts.pdf” is renamed as “CLDC Industry Update May 2025 Charts.pdf” and reposted in this notice without any content changes.  

• The “Agenda.pdf” document has been removed from the Attachments/Links section.  

• The “Event Registration” link has been removed from the Attachments/Links section. 

NASA is enabling industry to provide optional feedback on the preliminary acquisition strategy and requirements outlined in the "CLDC Industry Update May 2025 Charts" by 8am ET on May 12, 2025. Industry's feedback submittal is not page limited but should be concise and mapped to the Industry Update Charts.   

The Industry Update charts may also help aid in responses to the CLDC Sources Sought/RFI previously posted (link: https://sam.gov/opp/1b939c446a674330907042a87744ec14/view). NASA is still requesting feedback on the sources sought RFI by 12:00pm CT on Wednesday April 30, 2025. 

Summary of Key Dates  

• April 30, 2025 (12:00pm CT) - Industry responses due for CLDC Sources Sought/RFI. 

• (POSTPONED) – Industry Day and One-on-One meetings.  

• May 12, 2025 (8:00 am CT) - Optional Industry comments/feedback due for "CLDC Industry Update May 2025 Charts".
