The aim is to provide a statement of fact about the condition of the building, identify and record any defects or emerging maintenance requirements, and assess the real condition of the structure to determine if it is safe to use and fit for its intended purpose as a licensed explosives facility. These services include support for munition storage, hardened aircraft shelters, armories, storage areas, and the Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) range.
