The cover letter shall acknowledge receipt/response to the amendment version. Offerors who previously submitted quotes prior to the issuance of RFQ amendment 0002, shall submit revised quotes in response to the solicitation amendment. Offerors must submit all questions no later than Tuesday, 12:00 PM Eastern, 10 February 2026 via email to Nakia.R.Barriteau@irs.gov. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is: 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business size standard is $19 Million dollars. The PSC Code is N059. Contractors are required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov and must have an active record at the time of submission of their price quote.
