Government should have flexibility to adjust curriculum based on student feedback. Concepts from Strategy & Alignment (e.g. Hoshin Kanri, X-Matrix, Objectives Key Results OKRs, Key Operational Limitations KOL), Organizational and Process Change, Innovation (e.g. Creating New Concepts, Pitching Ideas), Project Management (e.g. Just to It, Rapid Improvement Events, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) training courses. Military examples and live content facilitated by Department of the Air Force approved practitioners.  The e-learning platform will provide Airmen and Guardians the capability to take courses from any location using government or personal computer equipment over commercial, educational, or government networks using a Web-based portal available 24/7.
