FOH defines Occupational Health Services (OHS) as the seamless coordination of comprehensive services using a data-driven approach to assist agencies in achieving a culture of health and high performance. FOH services are designed to improve health outcomes and employee productivity, while reducing occupational health risks, absenteeism, and overall employee health care costs.
This requirement is a commercial service and will utilize FAR Part 12/15, as supplemented. The Government intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
Place of Performance: United States of America (USA) East region.
This contract will cover work at various FOH Service Provision Sites (SPS) in the FOH Clinical Eastern Region (EAST) including, but not limited to:
Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico.
