This requirement is a commercial service and will utilize FAR Part 12/15, as supplemented. The Government intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
Place of Performance: United States of America (USA) West region. “FOH Clinical Western Region (WEST), including, but not limited to, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.”
