Performance is anticipated primarily at contractor university facilities; however, some work may be performed at NIWC Pacific or other Government or contractor locations as mission requirements dictate. The anticipated ordering period is five years, consisting of a two-year base period and one three-year option period. The applicable NAICS code is 541715, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is AC33.
