Pre-Tax Parking Electronic Financial Reimbursement Transaction Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) 70B01C25Q00000462 - AMENDMENT 1, is issued in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Provisions outlined in the attached RFP. The clauses and provisions apply to this RFP and to any resulting purchase order award. This RFP is issued to fill the requirement for Pre-Tax Parking Electronic Financial Reimbursement Transaction Services, as outlined in Attachment A: Statement of Work (SOW).

No questions or proposals were received in response to the solicitation under a small business set-aside, so the solicitation is now opened up to the open market.

Offerors shall read this RFP in its entirety and shall specifically review PROVISIONS: ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, beginning on page 27 of this document (and RFP attachments: A - Statement of Work, and B - Pricing Sheet) before submitting a proposal.

Questions related to this requirement and solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer at camilla.j.schmidt@cbp.dhs.gov and shall be received by the government no later than 3:00 PM, EDT, Friday, August 22, 2025. Any questions submitted shall contain "Solicitation Questions for Pre-Tax Parking Electronic Financial Reimbursement Transaction Services" in the subject line of the e-mail so that any questions are not overlooked by the government. Questions will be answered in a solicitation amendment in order for all prospective offerors to see the questions and receive the same information in response.
