PRECIOUS METALS MONTHLY YEARBOOK SUBSCRIPTION & RE

The U.S. Geological Survey, Mineral Commodities Section of the National Minerals Information Center requests a 1-year subscription for 5 users to a monthly precious metals report and reports for 5 users to the gold, silver, platinum-group metals, precious metals, copper, niobium, and tantalum supply chain for the North American marketplace. The vendor shall provide comprehensive yearbooks on gold, silver, and platinum-group metals as well as outlook reports on copper, niobium, precious metals, and tantalum in the United States and globally and coverage of events and activities that are related to metal mining, extraction, development, production of refined metal, trade, technology, governmental issues and recycling. The information enhances mineral commodity specialists¿ understanding of issues and activities in the respective industries and is regularly used in USGS publications. Refer to Attachment 1 for the Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance is one year. The acquisition is unrestricted therefore not a small business set-aside, conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS 513120 Newspapers and Periodicals, size standard 1,000.

Quote submissions are due on or before 9/15/2025, 1700 ED. All correspondence and quotes MUST be emailed to sruggles@usgs.gov. The award date is expected by September 22, 2025.

Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the government.
