The Purchase Referred Care Offices at the BAIHS Service Units will authorize eyewear purchases by obligating the funds on the IHS-T-843-1A Purchase-Delivery Order for Health Services. Prices are required for all items in Attachment A and should not be more than the Contractor's usual customary fee. All other items should be at standard market value
