AFTC/PZIOC at Edwards AFB intends to issue a solicitation for single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services.

2. PROJECT INFORMATION

Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

Period of Performance: The Contract will be for a total maximum duration of five (5) years.

Contract Capacity: The total estimated maximum value for all contracts combined shall not exceed $25,000,000.

The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the preparation of designs, plans, specifications, and reports (Title I and Title II services) for a broad range of projects. Services may include comprehensive master planning, engineering studies and investigations, design of new vertical construction, major facility renovations, and design of infrastructure systems (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil). Projects will primarily be located at Edwards AFB and its associated sites.

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541310 and PSC C211.
