Amendment 0002 is published to answer one additional question from industry.  See the attached file named: [B08 Attachment 0004 PPDS Questions2 12Sep24] Amendment 0001 is being published 10 Sep 24 to address industry questions.  See the file attached entitled "B08 Gov Responses to Industry Questions 10 Sep 24".  As part of this first amendment 0001 and to address industry's questions, Sections A, F, and L have been updated in the amended Solicitation entitled "B08 SOL W909MY-24-R-0005-0001 PPDS AMEND 10 Sep 24.  Further, the file B08 Attachment 0005 Past Performance Assessment-Questionnaire2 23 Jul 24, has been updated to add the KO's signature and correct the RFP due date to 23 September 2024.  To track the updates, request industry refer to the Government Responses. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solicitation for the Prime Power Distribution System (PPDS) is attached along with five supporting attachments and one exhibit.  This planned effort will be a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year base with one five-year optional ordering period that is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Request you utilize the attachment template at Attachment 0004 for any timely questions you may have.  Per section A Narrative, paragraph 13 questions are normally due within 10 days of the solicitation date.  To clarify, with the holiday on 2 September, all questions will be due 3 September at 2 PM Eastern Standard Time in the proper format.  As per paragraph 13. at Section A, all questions should be presented using Attachment 0004 directly to the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer.  Please draft all your questions within the time specified to allow for all the questions to be properly staffed and addressed by the Government.  Questions may not be considered if they arrive after 3 September 2024.
