Naval Special Warfare requires professional and technical services for its Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) and Personnel Recovery (PR) related training programs. Professional and technical services involve three categories of tasking: the delivery of safe, high-quality classroom and field instruction, curriculum development and logistics support.
