    This notice is the Request for Proposal (RFP) for a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) requirement with performance based task and delivery orders for the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC). This requirement provides services to include: (1) human capital (2) intelligence and security documentation processing Security; (3) strategic planning, (4) business development; (5) operations; (6) project management; (7) acquisition development; (8) financial management; (9) safety; and (10) risk management. The aforementioned services support the following mission areas: (1) chemical and biological (CB) detection; (2) CB information systems technology; (3) CB protection and decontamination sciences; (4) CB commodities testing and evaluation; (5) chemical sciences; (6) biological sciences; (7) toxicology; (8)aerosol science; (9) target defeat (obscurants, non-lethal and associated pyrotechnic technologies); (10) veterinary services; (11) and physical and mathematical/computational methods and techniques services.

    Offerors shall be given the opportunity to ask questions. Offerors shall read the ENTIRE solicitation before submitting questions.  A Questions and Answers (Q&A) was posted with the PASS Draft Solicitation in November 2024.  Offerors shall read the previously posted Q&A before submitting questions.  Any duplicate or similar questions to those posted on the Q&A from November 2024 will not be answered.
