The facility includes a new indoor 10-lane range with all associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing requirements for a fully functional ANG ETL compliant weapons qualification facility. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible lowest bidder. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and access requirements as provided in the solicitation. A site visit will immediately follow the pre-bid conference. Please pay special attention to Sections: Section 00 21 00 (Instructions to Offerors) and Section 00 45 00 (Representations and Certifications). In accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee, a bid bond is required with the bid. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the bid.
