Description

The main objective of this project is to construct and expand the Maritime Operations Center (MOC) and

Fleet Command Center (FCC) as well as consolidate C3F functions and operational spaces into Building

C60 for the Commander THIRD Fleet (C3F) and Buildings 600, 621, 638 and 67C for Naval Information

Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific.

The project will renovate and design the following:

. 25,749 sf of space within Building C60

. 12,869 sf of space within Building 600

. 3,245 sf of space within Building 621

. 3,593 sf of space within Building 638

. 3,167 sf of space within Building 67C

This project will require space swap to relocate all the C3F functions into Building C60 and will relocate

NIWC Laboratory spaces from Building C60 to Buildings 600, 621, 638 and 67C.

The project will include demolition of the existing spaces at Building C60 and Buildings 600, 621, 638

and 67C in preparation for the new programmed spaces. Contract shall include the transfer / relocation of

NIWC existing laboratory equipment, Computer Room Air Conditioning units (CRAC), Legacy

Equipment, computers and network units to the new spaces in Building 600.
