Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg Districts requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 10:00 AM CST on 05 September 2025, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
