This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Propane Equipment and Delivery Services for various locations at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor Washington. The requirement includes contractor provided liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tanks of various sizes and propane delivery services for facility support requirements. Services included install, setup, maintain/certify tanks and delivery of propane (per Gallon) and all necessary equipment to delivery propane to locations. Contractor to provide propane delivery services for contractor provided tanks and government owned tanks of various sizes. Propane delivery estimated not to exceed 28,700 gallons annually. This Firm-fixed price contract includes a Base + three (3) option years. Option year three (3) is a partial year.  In accordance FAR 13.106-2 basis of award for this RFQ is “Price and Past Performance”. Anticipated award date is after 16 August 2024. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency and acknowledge all Amendments.
