PROTESTANT ADMINISTRATIVE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION COORDINATOR

The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting a quote for Protestant Administrative Coordinator Religious Education Services. This is a non-personal services contract to provide the required services identified within the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).  This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO subpart 12.2.

The service will consist of Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLIN) 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 3001, 3002, 3003, 3004, 4001, 4002, 4003, and 4004. Refer to Attachment 3 - W9124R-26-Q-A011 – SF 1449. Offeror is required to provide a unit price and total overall price on all CLINs.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W9124R26QA011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Protestant Administrative Coordinator Religious Education Services.

This acquisition is a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

This requirement is a commercial item acquisition in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Quotes are being requested for solicitation number W9124R26QA011.

This solicitation will result in a single-award, firm fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 813110 - Religious Organizations, as it relates to this requirement with a size standard of $13.0 M. Offeror must quote all items in this solicitation to be eligible for award. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis and tradeoffs are not permitted. An award will be made on an all-or-none basis. All responding vendors must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of quote. Information to register in SAM can be found at https://sam.gov.

The period of performance including all options is:

Base Period: 05 July 2026 – 04 July 2027

Option Period 1: 05 July 2027 – 04 July 2028

Option Period 2: 05 July 2028 – 04 July 2029

Option Period 3: 05 July 2029 – 04 July 2030

Option Period 4: 05 July 2030 – 04 July 2031

Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those currently in effect at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide.  

Quotes must be submitted no later than Monday June 29th at 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST). Electronic quotations are acceptable and must be received on or before the closing date and time of this solicitation.
