PROTESTANT/CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION COORDINATOR AND PROTESTANT/CATHOLIC MUSIC DIRECTOR SERVICES - SEYMOUR JOHNSON AFB

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.  All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, NC has a requirement for potential vendors capable of providing the following chapel support personnel:

• Catholic Services: One (1) Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator AND One (1) Catholic Music Director

• Protestant Services: One (1) Protestant Religious Education (RE) Coordinator AND One (1) Protestant Music Director

Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statements for a full description of the requirement.

The 4th Contracting intends to either award one(1) or multiple Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts to vendors based on best value provided to the government. The anticipated award(s) will include either all solicited CLINs or some. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about July 17th 2026 and will be posted electronically on https://sam.gov/. However, the Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.

No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No offerors list is maintained. No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting the web page frequently to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
