Support service members rights for religious expression and freedom as provided by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution by providing opportunities for service members to freely practice their religion. Please refer to Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full description. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM CST on 3 March 2026.
