PROVIDE ADMINISTRATION, CONFIGURATION, PROGRAMMING, INFORMATION ASSURANCE, MANAGING, MAINTAINING AND MONITORING OF THE CONFIGURATION ACCOUNT INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM (CAIRS) TELEPHONE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUPPORTING SYSTEMS, OPERATIONS, AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Naval Computer and Telecommunications Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT), on behalf of the N9, Base Communications Office Norfolk, Virginia has been tasked by United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) to provided responsive, reliable, high quality and cost-effective telephone services required by the operating forces, base establishment, and other Commands within the geographic area of Hampton Roads. NCTAMS LANT BCO N-9 provides telephone services to over 100,000 telephone users. NCTAMS LANT BCO N9 has a requirement for resources to provide administration, configuration, programming, information assurance, managing, maintaining and monitoring of the Configuration Account Information Retrieval System (CAIRS) Telephone Management System (RTMS) supporting telephone systems, operations, and infrastructure. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for software/system, maintenance support for the CAIRS Telephone Management TMS. It requires continuous contracted maintenance support to remain current for the CAIRS software packages to stay current to meet JITC and IA security requirements. The Contractor shall provide services support  that includes: Licensing Fees and remote (Tier II) maintenance escalation support, remote diagnostics, technical documentation and publications, software support, upgrades to most current versions of software and other requirements.
