This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

PROJECT TITLE: ELECTRICAL SERVICE CONNECTIONS TO NEW FURNITURE IN OFFICE AND CUBICAL SPACES WITHIN BUILDING 2272

This is a project to provide new electrical service connections to new furniture in office and cubical spaces within Building 2272 at Patuxent River Naval Air Station

A MANDATORY site visit is required for this solicitation to be eligible for award. The contractor shall visit the project site; collect required data about existing structures, surroundings, appurtenance and all items that will be affected by this project or related to this project; and verify existing conditions. The contractor shall be responsible for the verification of the actual site condition and the accuracy of this information to ensure adequacy of the design and successful construction.

The site visit is scheduled for Monday, 22 December 2025 at 10:00 AM EST at NAVAL AIR STATION PATUXENT RIVER, MD Building 2272

All Questions from contractors shall be submitted after attendance of the mandatory site visit by 16:00 PM EST on Tuesday, 23 December 2025.  Quotes shall be submitted by 12:00 PM Monday 29 December 2025.
