In addition to the base work described above, the solicitation will include the following option line items: 1. Option 1 Repair EAID Generator Connections: Contractor shall provide and install new pull boxes, docking stations, conduits, wire, associated components, etc., and demolish cannon plugs, conductors, and associated conduits in accordance with plans and specifications; 2. Option 2 Repair Exterior Lighting Basewide: Contractor shall repair existing exterior lighting with new LED fixtures and control modules, pole metal bases, access covers, and all associated components in accordance with plans and specifications; 3. Option 3 Repair Facility Exterior Lighting: Contractor shall replace existing facility lighting control system by repairing existing exterior lighting with new LED fixtures, control modules, and various lighting components in accordance with plans and specifications; 4. Option 4 Construct Main Gate Marquee: Contractor shall demolish existing main gate marquee and construct new Marquee in accordance with plans and specifications; 5. Option 5 Construct Bldg 125 Generator Platform: Contractor shall construct a catwalk for the generator at building 125 in accordance with plans and specifications. The contract duration will be 365 calendar days after the notice to proceed, to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 19 May 2026. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or-about 27 May 2026, 10:00 AM local time, at 320 Post Ave, Louisville, Tennessee, 37777. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. All questions for the pre-bid conference must be submitted via email to Lisa.Fingland@us.af.mil. The bid opening date is tentatively planned for on-or-about 10 June 2026. Your attention is directed to FAR clause 52.219-14, LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING, which states that for General Construction, the prime contractor will not pay more than 85 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance, excluding the cost of materials, to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities. In accordance with FAR 36.211(b), the following information is provided: (1) The National Guard has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts other than those described at FAR 43.204 and DFARS 243.204. (2) Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the National Guard is currently not available but will be compiled and provided in future announcements.
