In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. There are eleven (11) OWS and their associated sand interceptors (SI) that require cleaning for a licensed Oil-Water Separator(s) (OWS) maintenance company In Accordance With (IAW) manufacturers recommended levels of cleaning and all Federal, State, and Local Environmental laws and regulations. The cleaning includes sample analysis, pumping, cleaning the chamber, and removing all waste material. Please see attached documents for full solicitation requirements. Site Visit: The site visit is planned for 8 May 2025 at 9:00AM (MDT), Vendor Participation: All interested vendors must submit their names for participation for the site visit by 5 May 2025.
