Contract performance will commence on the effective date of award and expire five years from date of award and expire five years from that date unless canceled, terminated or extended pursuant to any option provision included in the contract. This schedule includes labor categories that are subject to the requirements of the Service Contract Act (SCA). Contractors shall comply with all requirements of the SCA and its provisions also apply to all resulting Task Orders. The applicable US Department of Labor wage determinations (for the entire nation) are also specifically identified and incorporated into the basic FSS Contract and resulting Task Orders.
