Purpose and Objectives The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) requires contractor(s) to provide reference laboratory testing services with specialties in allergen panels and fungal testing in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and test list. The Government intends to award a contract with a base year, and four one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government s discretion. This Sources Sought Notice is being issued by the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 located in San Antonio, TX as part of market research for planning purposes.
