THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) has been tasked to solicit for and award on-site Sleep Study Services and Scoring using Registered Polysomnographic Technicians (RPSGT) for the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Wichita, Kansas. Potential sources are responsible for contractor performed diagnostic sleep study procedures Nightly, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, including weekends and holidays at the VAMC s Sleep Center, as well as all aspects of patient preparation, monitoring and study management. The proposed project is anticipated to be a firm fixed price requirement. The type of solicitation to be issued will be a total small business set aside. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requested. The duration of this requirement is for a one-year base period with four, one-year option periods. Anticipated solicitation date is. June 1, 2026.
