Anesthesiologist physician services for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12 in combination with 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26324R0100 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This procurement is a total set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The period of performance is 03/31/2025 to 03/30/2026 for the base year period of performance plus four 1-year options to be exercised at the Government s discretion.
