Offerors must be certified in the Vet Biz database under NAICS 621111 in order to be eligible for consideration *** The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 23), St. Paul, Minnesota is soliciting proposals for Board Certified Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician Services for Sioux Falls, South Dakota for eligible Veteran beneficiaries for VA Sioux Falls Health Care System. Offerors must be able to perform all requirements in the performance work statement in Sioux Falls, South Dakota starting on 01 November 2023. Offeror must provide the services as required in the Performance Work Statement at B.2 of the solicitation. Proposal prices must be fair and reasonable and in the best interest of the Government in order to be valid. Successful SDVOSB / VOSB offeror MUST directly perform at least 50% of the requirement in accordance with 38 U.S.C 8127 (k) (2). This solicitation is open until 5 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
